Providing access to affordable counselling services is important to me, therefore, I offer sliding scale rate to individuals who face financial challenges.  Please contact me to discuss the option of the sliding scale rate.

Session fees are payable by cash or cheque.

I am a Registered Professional Counsellor with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association.  My services may or may not be covered by your individual health plan, please check with your insurance provider.  A receipt will be provided to you at the end of each session.

Cancellation Policy

I respectfully request a 48 hour notice of cancellation, otherwise the full session fee will apply.

I offer a free, no obligation 20-minute phone or in person consultation.  This consultation will give you an opportunity to see whether there is a good fit between you and I.
